Lace-Scarf-Neckpiece

This is my newest design. - I simply LOVE it. It is designed to be worn tightly wrapped around the neck but can also be worn more loosely like a scarf.

Materials used: Felt, Lace & Velvet Ribbon. - Hand Stitched.
